What is the difference between this website and your Etsy store?

Etsy is where I first started selling my cash budget products so you might be more familiar with me over there. In November of 2024 I launched this website and am working on moving all of my physical items here.

At this time you will find all of my products over on Etsy and some of my products here. Over the next couple of months I'm working on moving all of my physical /shipped items here and my downloads and printables will be listed on Etsy. Dividing the two types of products would make purchases less confusing.

Do you have any coupon codes?

I'm currently working on coupon codes for the website, at this time there are none, but check back soon. =)

Do you take custom orders?

Sometimes I take custom orders and sometimes I do not, it just depends on how busy I am at the time. I'm always happy to hear your ideas though so feel free to reach out! Even if I don't have the time to create a custom for you, I have a running list of ideas you guys would love to see and I try to incorporate those in to upcoming launches and products.

How long will it take for my order to be packaged?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please let me know as soon as possible and before I ship your order. I often pack and ship orders the morning after the order was placed so please reach out to me as soon as you realize there is a modification needing to be made.

I used the wrong shipping address, how do I change it?

Please email me at jordanbudgets@gmail.com or contact me via the "contact" page on the website. Reach out as soon as you notice you used the wrong address. My processing time is 1-5 days but I frequently pack orders the morning after the order was placed so please reach out to me as soon as you realize there is an address change needing to be made.

Where can I track my order?

At this time I ship orders totaling more than $25 via USPS with tracking to ensure you can follow your package's journey. You can enter your tracking number on the USPS website to track it, if you need help please reach out.

Please note that for orders totaling less than $25, I may ship without tracking to keep costs low and ensure affordability. Not tracking smaller orders helps maintain lower prices on individual items like trackers and placeholders. If your order is under $25 and you would like tracking, please feel free to reach out, and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
